Job Description:

As the Director of Partner Operations and Customer Success at Matilda Cloud, you will lead a team responsible for partner onboarding—primarily Systems Integrators—training partners and customers and ensuring the successful delivery of customer projects using our software products. You will play a critical role in managing customer onboarding of projects, either directly or via partners, and ensure that our projects run lean and efficiently. Additionally, you will oversee the effective utilization of our subject matter experts across our Discover, Migrate, and Optimize products. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of cloud computing, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Onboarding and Management:

    • Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to represent and deploy Matilda Cloud solutions.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Systems Integrators and other key partners.

  • Training and Enablement:

    • Design and oversee comprehensive training programs for partners and customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our software products.

    • Update training materials regularly to reflect product updates and industry best practices.

  • Customer Project Delivery:

    • Manage the delivery of customer projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

    • Implement lean methodologies to streamline project processes and reduce waste.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

    • Allocate resources effectively to meet project and partner needs.

  • Subject Matter Expert Utilization:

    • Ensure that subject matter experts are effectively utilized across our Discover, Migrate, and Optimize products.

    • Coordinate with SMEs to provide specialized support during project delivery and partner training.

  • Direct Customer Engagement:

    • Engage directly with customers as needed, either through partners or by providing additional support to partners, to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

    • Address and resolve any escalated issues promptly.

  • Process Optimization:

    • Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

    • Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project delivery and partner onboarding.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales, product management, engineering, and other internal teams to align operational activities with company objectives.

    • Provide feedback to product teams based on partner and customer insights.

  • Performance Tracking:

    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of partner onboarding, training programs, and project delivery.

    • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.

  • Strategic Planning:

    • Contribute to the development of strategic plans related to partner operations, customer success, and resource utilization.

    • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the operations team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in operations management, partner enablement, or customer success within the software or cloud computing industry.

  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing successful partnerships with Systems Integrators.

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and software deployment methodologies.

  • Experience with lean project management and the ability to run projects efficiently.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
