Job Description:

As Cloud Partner Business Development Manager at Matilda Cloud, you will play a critical role in driving growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and their partners. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to expand our business and increase partner engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of the cloud computing landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy to grow our business with hyperscalers and their partners, aligning with Matilda Cloud’s overall business objectives.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at hyperscaler companies and their partners.

  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hyperscalers and their partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth.

  • Partner Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to successfully sell and support Matilda Cloud solutions.

  • Joint Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with hyperscalers and partners to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns and events that drive awareness and demand for Matilda Cloud solutions.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, using data to optimize strategies and tactics for maximum impact.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the hyperscaler ecosystem.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product management, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.

  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements that drive business growth.

  • Thought Leadership: Represent Matilda Cloud at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and best practices related to cloud partnerships and business development.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, partner management, or a related role in the cloud computing industry.

  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships with hyperscalers and their partner ecosystems.

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Ability to travel as needed.
