Role Overview – Senior Product Manager
Matilda Cloud is on the lookout for a seasoned Software Development/Execution Leader. This role is integral to our mission of delivering top-notch software solutions and driving the technical vision of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership skills, hands-on coding experience, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Define and implement development methodologies, ensuring the efficient execution of projects.
- Work closely with Product Managers to align software development with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among the development team and other departments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer focus within the team.
- Oversee the architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our products.
- Track and manage key performance indicators to drive team performance and meet delivery timelines.
- Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Product Management for a software platform or product.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of cloud architecture with Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud technologies.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven technology skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to research and understand technical challenges, with proven engineering problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn and stay updated on cloud technologies and product management best practices.
- Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong sense of personal accountability.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Public Cloud knowledge and certifications with GCP, AWS, and Azure.
- Experience with enterprise applications hosted in data centers and public cloud.
